        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the operation
   and implementation of the judgment and decree dated 07.01.2021 in AS.No.43
   of 2018 on the files of the Sub Court, Sulthan Bathery, until the disposal
   of the above Regular Second Appeal.
        This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this Court's
   order dated 17.05.2021 and upon hearing the arguments of SRI.MATHEW
   KURIAKOSE, SRI.J.KRISHNAKUMAR (ADOOR), SRI.MONI GEORGE, Advocates for the
   petitioners and of M/S.R.K.PRASANTH and K.K.PREETHA, Advocates for the
   respondent, the court passed the following:
