        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the operation
   of judgment and decree dated 24.10.2019 in AS.No.128/2017 on the file of
   the II Addl.District Judge's Court, Kozhikode pending disposal of the
   above Regular Second Appeal.
        This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this Court's
   order dated 16.03.2021 and upon hearing the arguments of SRI.K.P.SUDHEER,
   SRI.J.RAMKUMAR, Advocates for the petitioner and of SRI.K.JAYASANKAR
   Advocate for the respondent, the court passed the following:
