        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay all the
   proceedings pursuant to against the judgment and decree dated 14.08.2020
   on the file of the Court of the District Judge,Palakkad in AS.No.43 of
   2017 and judgment and decree dated 30.11.2016 on the file of the Court of
   the Subordinate Judge (Addl), Palakkad in OS.No.873 of 2010 pending
   disposal of this Appeal.
        This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this Court's
   order dated 08.03.2021 and upon hearing the arguments of
   SRI.U.BALAGANGADHARAN,SRI.S.M.UNNIKRISHNAN, Advocates for the petitioners
   and of SRI.M.JAYAKRISHNAN, Advocate for the respondent, the court passed
   the following:
