        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the operation
   of judgment dated 15.07.2019 in AS No.2 of 2016 of the Principal District
   Judge, Kottayam and stay all further proceedings in OS no.99 of 2008 on
   the file of the Court of the Munsiff, Changanacherry, pending disposal of
   the above appeal.


        This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this Court's
   order dated 24/08/2020 and upon hearing the arguments of
   M/S.P.CHANDRASEKHAR,K.K.MOHAMED RAVUF,SREEKANTH D. & ANOOP KRISHNA,
   Advocates for the Petitioners and of GOVERNMENT PLEADER for the
   Respondents, the court passed the following:
