        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the operation
   and execution of the judgment and decree in O.S.No 580/2008 of Ist
   Additional Sub Court ,Kozhikode pending disposal of the above appeal.


        This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and this court's
   order dated 30/3/2021 in I.A.No.1/2021 and upon hearing the arguments of
   SRI.AVM.SALAHUDIN, Advocate for the petitioner and of SRI.P.K.RAMKUMAR,
   Advocate for R1 and of SRI.JESWIN P.VARGHESE, Advocate for R2, the court
