                                 JUDGMENT

Dated this the 26th day of August, 2021

The petitioner has a grievance regarding his

placement in Ext.P3 seniority list. His case is that he

should be placed just above the admitted junior Sri. T.

Binu and that the petitioner should be given promotion to

the post of Senior Assistant Grade II along with

immediate junior Sri. T. Binu. Ext.P5 is the

representation dated 12.08.2021 submitted by him

before the third respondent and is stated to be pending.

2. Having heard the learned Counsel for the

petitioner, learned Government Pleader and the learned

Standing Counsel for respondents 2 and 3, I am inclined

to dispose of the Writ Petition itself with a direction to the

third respondent to take up and consider Ext.P5

representation, after giving a reasonable opportunity of

being heard to the petitioner and to pass final orders on

it, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a WP(C) NO. 17256 OF 2021

period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of

this judgment.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.
