        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the operation
   and implementation of the judgment and decree dated 30.11.2020 in
   AS.7/2018 on the files of the IIIrd Addl.District Judge, Palakkad which
   arose on appeal from judgment and decree dated 13.09.2017 in
   OS.No.192/2016 of the Principal Munsiff Court, Palakkad pending final
   disposal of the above Regular Second Appeal.
        This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this Court's
   order dated 03.03.2021 and upon hearing the arguments of
   SRI.K.P.BALAGOPAL, Advocate for the petitioner and of SRI.N.M.MADHU,
   SMT.C.S.RAJANI Advocates for the respondent, the court passed the
   following:
