      2. ADDITIONAL DISTRICT MAGISTRATE, DISTRICT COLLECTORATE, KAKKANAD,
         ERNAKULAM-682 030.
      3. COCHIN SMART MISSION LIMITED-CSML, REPRESENTED BY ITS CEO,
         4TH FLOOR, JLN METRO STATION, KALOOR, KOCHI-682 017, KERALA, INDIA.


        Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
   stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
   pleased to

        (1) stay the operation of Exhibit P3 Order passed by the 2nd
   Respondent-ADM;

        (2) direct the 1st Respondent to not enter the premises of the
   Petitioner's property and to desist from making any further constructions
   or installations pursuant to Exhibit P3 Order, pending the final disposal
   of this writ petition.


        This petition coming on for admission upon perusing the petition and
   the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of
   M/s GEORGE VARGHESE PERUMPALLIKUTTIYIL, A.R.DILEEP, P.J.JOE PAUL and MANU
   SRINATH, Advocates for the petitioner, STANDING COUNSEL for R1, GOVERNMENT
   PLEADER for R2 and of STANDING COUNSEL for R3, the court passed the

                                        ORDER

Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner.

Perused the judgment in the matter of Indu Chandran and others V. KSEB, Tvm and others reported in 2017 (3) KHC 746 relied by him.

Learned Standing Counsel takes notice for first respondent. Learned Government Pleader takes notice for 2nd respondent. Learned Standing Counsel takes notice for 3rd respondent.

In the meanwhile, till next date, interim order as prayed for is granted.
