                             JUDGMENT

Dated this the 13th day of August, 2021

The parties had attended mediation process as directed by

this Court and certain amicable terms, in settlement of issues have

been arrived at. A compromise petition is filed before this Court

incorporating the terms of settlement. Both the appellants and

respondent have signed the compromise petition and their

signatures have also been counter signed by the respective counsel.

In the above circumstances, the appeal is disposed of in terms

of the compromise petition filed. The compromise petition shall

form part of the judgment. 1/3 rd of Court fee alone is found paid and

it shall be refunded to the appellants.
