                            JUDGMENT

All that the petitioners seek for is an

expeditious consideration of Ext P1 application

filed in Form No.6 of the Kerala Conservation of

Paddyland and Wetland Rules, seeking change of

nature/user of the property mentioned therein.

2. According to the petitioners, the property

involved is not included in the data bank but has

been erroneously entered in the revenue records as

'nilam.

Without expressing anything on the merits, the

writ petition is disposed of directing the 3 rd

respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders

on Ext P1 application (Form 6) on obtaining and

verifying relevant records including the data bank,

as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within

a period of four months from the date of receipt of

a copy of this judgment.
