        Application praying that in the circumstances stated therein the
    High Court be pleased to suspend the sentence imposed on the revision
   petitioner by judgments dated 12-03-2020 of the Additional Sessions Judge-
   II,Manjeri in Crl.A.No.168/2017 arising out of the judgment in
   CC.No.39/2016 of the JFCM -II,Parappanangadi dated,1-8-2017 in the
   interests of Justice.

        This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
   and upon hearing the arguments of R.RANJITH (MANJERI), T.U.ANUKRISHNA,
   Advocates for the petitioner, and the PUBLIC PROSECUTOR for the second
   respondent,the court passed the following:
                                      ORDER

Issue notice to the first respondent.Post after service.In the meanwhile,the sentence on the revision petitioner will stand suspended on executing a bond for Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand only) with two solvent sureties each for the likesum and also the deposit of 20% of the cheque amount within one month from today to the satisfaction of the learned magistrate.
