        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the operation
   and all further proceedings in pursuance of judgment dated 26.3.2021 in
   MACA.No. 196/2013 of this Honourable Court, pending disposal of the review
   petition.
        This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this Court's
   order dated 20/07/2021 in I.A No.1/2021 and upon hearing the arguments of
   SRI.RENNY AUGUSTINE, Advocate for the applicant and SRI.P. JACOB MATHEW,
