                              JUDGMENT

Today when the matter has been taken up for consideration, the

learned Senior Government Pleader would submit on the basis of

instructions that now the respondent District Collector has passed

order dismissing Ext.P2 appeal and that hence the directions issued by

this Court in Annexure A1 judgment has been complied with.

2. It is made clear that in case the petitioner has any legally

justiciable grievances thereto, it is for him liberty accorded to him to

workout his remedies in the manner known to law.

With the said liberty, the above Contempt of Court Case will

stand disposed of.
