                          JUDGMENT

Smt.Suja M.Kurian, representing the learned

counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to

withdraw this writ petition, with liberty to her

client to approach this Court again, saying that,

pending this lis, several developments have taken

place, which will require to be brought to the

notice of this Court appropriately.

In the afore circumstances, this writ

petition is dismissed as having been withdrawn,

with the afore requested liberty being reserved

to the petitioner.
