        Original Petition (C) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
   stated in the affidavit filed along with the O.P (C) the High Court be
   pleased to stay further proceedings in pusuance of Exhibit P9 order in E.P
   No. 76 of 2015, in O.S No. 54 of 2012 on the file of the Court of the
   Subordinate Judge, Kasargod.

        This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition
   and the affidavit filed in support of OP(C)and this court's order dated
   that 20.7.2021 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. R.LAKSHMI NARAYAN &
   R.RANJANIE, Advocates for petitioner, the court passed the following.
