                               JUDGMENT

A.Muhamed Mustaque, J This original petition is filed seeking the following reliefs:

"To issue an appropriate order or direction directing the Family Court, Pathanamthitta to hear and dispose of OP 1336/2019 through video conferencing within a time frame to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court;

To grant such other relief as this Hon'ble Court deem fir to grant in the interest of justice."

2. In the light of the general guidelines issued by this Court in

Shiju Joy v. Nisha [2021 (2) KLT 607], the matter being an uncontested

matter, case shall be disposed at the earliest. The parties are allowed to

adduce evidence through video conferencing, if the parties cannot

appear physically. The Family Court, Pathanamthitta shall dispose of

the matter at the earliest, in accordance with the guidelines.

This Original petition is disposed of as above.
