                           JUDGMENT

The above writ petition came up for consideration on

03.08.2021 in the defect list. There was no representation

when the case was called. Thereafter the writ petition was

called on three occasions. There was no representation. At

last, at 4.30 p.m. also the writ petition was called and there

was no representation. Hence this case was posted today.

Today also when the matter came up for consideration, there

is no representation. After my work is over, and before rising,

the writ petition was again called. Even now there is no

representation. The notice to 1st respondent is not served.

This writ petition is pending from 2010 onwards. I think no

purpose will be served by retaining this writ petition.

Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed for default.
