Dated this the 4th day of August, 2021

The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Customs

Department, under instructions, submits that the Customs

Department has no intention to arrest the petitioner. Under the

circumstances, the apprehension of arrest expressed by the

petitioner in this application for bail is misplaced.

Hence the application is disposed of with a direction to the

Customs Department not to arrest the petitioner unless specific

notice under Section 41A Cr.P.C.is served upon him.
