          MR. K. ALI, AGED 53 YEARS, S/O. LATE ABDUL KHADER HAJI, RESIDING AT
          38/625, SANGAMAM BYE LANE-3, PADIVATTOM, EDAPPALLY SOUTH VILLAGE,
          KANAYANNUR TALUK, ERNAKULAM DISTRICT-682024.


        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the operation
   and enforcement of the judgment and decree dated 05.03.2016 passed in
   O.S.No.562/2011 by the Additional Subordinate Judge-I , Ernakulam ,Pending
   disposal of the above appeal.


        This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this Court's
   order dated 28/06/2021 and upon hearing the arguments of
   SRI.P.C.SASIDHARAN, SC, Advocate for the petitioner and of SRI.VARGHESE
   C.KURIAKOSE Advocate for the respondent, the court passed the following:

                                             ORDER

Interim order of stay stands extended further for a period of one month from 28/7/2021.
