                              ORDER

Dated this the 4th day of August, 2021

The petitioner is the 6th accused in Crime No.699/2010 of

Kasaragod Police Station, in which the final report has already been

filed and presently pending as SC No.495/2021 on the files of the

Additional Sessions Court-II(Adhoc), Kasaragod. The allegations

against the petitioner is that he along with other accused had

committed offences punishable under Sections 120B, 307,506(ii) of

IPC and Section 3r/w Section 25(1-B) (a) 27 of the Arms Act.

2. The petitioner was held up in Karnataka, therefore, he was

not able to appear before the trial court and seek bail. Therefore, he

seeks permission of this Court to surrender before the Jurisdictional

court and apply for bail and request that a direction may be given to

the trial court to consider his bail application on the same day of his

surrender.

3. The learned Public Prosecutor submits that further

investigation has been ordered in this case and it is still continuing

with further investigation. The petitioner is directed to surrender

before the jurisdictional court, within a period of two weeks and in

case he files an application for bail, the same shall be considered and

disposed of preferably on the same day.

With these observations, the Crl.M.C is disposed of.
