        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to extend time limit
   prescribed in the judgment in WP(C)No.397/2021 by a further period of
   three months from 25.04.2021.


        This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
   and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and this Court's judgment
   dated 07.01.2021 and upon hearing the arguments of GOVERNMENT PLEADER for
   the Applicants in I.A./Respondents in WP(C), and of M/S.V.A.MUHAMMED &
   M.SAJJAD, Advocates for Respondent in I.A./Petitioner in WP(C),the court
   passed the following:

                                         ORDER

It is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that within the extended time sought for, the Government has already passed an order dated 12/7/2021. Therefore, the I.A. is allowed extending the time till 12/7/2021.
