          Application praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court be pleased
to suspend the sentence imposed on the petitioner in S.T. no. 33/2013 by Judicial First Class
Magistrate Court-VIII, Thiruvananthapuram, confirmed and modified in Crl.Appeal No.
77/2018 by the Additional Sessions Judge-I, Thiruvananthapuram.
          This application on for orders upon perusing the application, and upon hearing the
arguments of M/S G.SUDHEER, R.HARIKRISHNAN (H-308), Advocates for the petitioner
and the PUBLIC PROSECUTOR for the 2nd                 respondent, the court passed the following:
                                                ORDER

The sentence by virtue of the judgment of the Additional Sessions Judge-I, Thiruvananthapuram shall stand suspended and the petitioner shall be released on the bail petitioner executing a bond for Rs: 50,000/- with two solvent sureties each each for the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court and also on condition that the petitioner shall deposit Rs:1,00,000/-(Rupees one lakh only) which is half of the amount covered by the cheque, within a period of 30 days from today, before the trial court. 20-04-2021 Sd/-
