                                   JUDGMENT

Dated this the 20th day of April 2021

Admit.

2. Government pleader takes notice for the

Respondent.

3. The petitioner has approached the Respondent

with a request for removing ordinary earth from his

property for the purpose of effecting construction.

Exhibit P2 is the acknowledgment issued by the

respondent for having received the application on

19.10.2020. By Exhibit P3, the petitioner has

remitted a sum of Rs. 40,000/- towards the royalty

for the earth to be removed.

4. The petitioner's grievance is that the

Respondent has not issued any orders on his

application, which has been pending for quite some

time.

In the nature of the prayers made in the

Writ petition, the Writ petition is disposed of WP(C).No.10031 OF 2021

directing the Respondent to consider and pass

orders on the application filed by the petitioner

as evidenced by Exhibit P2 acknowledgment at the

earliest, at any rate within 2 months from receipt

of a certified copy of this judgment. The Writ

petition is disposed of as above.
