suspend the execution of sentence of imprisonment and fine imposed on the appellant in
judgment dated 30-3-2021 in S.C.No.169 of 2019 of Fast Track Special Court,
Changanacherry, pending disposal of the Criminal Appeal.


         This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the
arguments of M/S SREEDEV U, ADITHYA RAJEEV, Advocates for the petitioner and the
PUBLIC PROSECUTOR for the respondent, the court passed the following

Crl.M.Appl.No.1 of 2021

There is no possibility of the appeal being taken up for

hearing immediately. Hence, considering the nature of the offences,

object of legislation and the contention raised by the appellant,

sentence is suspended and interim bail is granted on the following

condition :

Petitioner shall execute a bond for Rs.1,00,000/-

(Rupees one lakh only) with two solvent sureties for

the like sum each to the satisfaction of the trial court

within one month from this day.
