                                        JUDGMENT

Dated this the 9th day of April 2021

The petitioner has submitted Ext.P1 application for

appearing in the NEET for admission to Post Graduate Degree and

Diploma Medical Courses. She has opted Mangalore as the Centre

for examination. It is stated that the said centre was opted

only because there was no other centre available in Kerala.

2. Seeing the rise in Covid-19 cases petitioner has

submitted Ext.P2 representation before the 2nd respondent

requesting for allotting her a Centre in Ernakulam or in any

centre in Kerala.

3. I heard the learned counsel for the petitioner,

Adv.S.Sanal Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for the 1 st

respondent and the learned ASGI.

The learned Standing Counsel submits that the arrangements

are complete and it would be difficult to provide another centre

for the petitioner. However as the petitioner has submitted

Ext.P2 representation and in view of the fact that Covid-19

cases are rising, the Writ Petition is disposed of, with a

direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on WP(C).No.9496 OF 2021(J)

Ext.P2 representation before the examination and to take a

decision before the scheduled date of examination and if

possible before the Hall tickets are issued.
