     Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay all
further proceedings pursuant to the judgment and decree by the
lower appellate court in A.S. No. 26 of 2017 on the file of the
Sub Court, Chavakkad dated 29.03.2019 pending consideration of
the above appeal in the interest of justice.


     This application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
application and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and this
court's order dated 17-03-2020 in IA 1 of 2019 and upon hearing

                          ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the appellants.

2. In WP(C) No. 9400 of 2020, a Full Bench of

this Court vacated the interim order dated

25.03.2020 and subsequent orders passed in the

said suo moto proceedings by judgment dated

01.03.2021. In view of the said order, the

interim order passed in this case on

10.07.2019 is sought to be extended.

3. Hence, the interim order dated 10.07.2019 is

revived and extended by three months.

Post after summer vacation.
