THIS WRIT PETITION (CIVIL) HAVING BEEN FINALLY HEARD ON
08.04.2021, THE COURT ON THE SAME DAY DELIVERED THE FOLLOWING:
 W.P.(C) No. 6877/2017 :2:

Dated this the 8th day of April, 2021.

                             JUDGMENT

This writ petition is filed seeking the following reliefs:

1. Call for the entire records pertaining to the facts pleaded in the writ petition (civil)

2. Issue a writ of mandamus, any other order, writ or direction directing the respondents 1 and 2 to issue a completion certificate and door number to the completed construction works based on Ext. P1 regarding the petitioner's residential building immediately.

2. The petitioner seeks a direction to the Corporation and the

Secretary to issue a completion certificate. In my considered opinion,

no such direction can be issued, since a completion certificate after the

construction of the building is to be issued by the Architect to the

petitioner.

3. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted

that the subject matter has become infructuous.

Therefore, after having heard the learned counsel for the

petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the Corporation Sri. K.

Janardhana Shenoy, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.

SHAJI P. CHALY, JUDGE.
