                                     JUDGMENT

Dated this the 8th day of April 2021

The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition alleging that

certain outsiders have secured loan on the basis of the property

of the petitioner and based on that officers of 1 st respondent

trespassed into the property and started its measurement. It is

stated that petitioner has submitted Ext.P4 application before

the 2nd respondent requesting for furnishing documents in respect

of any transaction with reference to the said property.

Learned counsel for the Bank Sri.Tom on instructions

submits that the petitioner has already been given a reply to

Ext.P4. It is stated that the petitioner would be free to

approach the bank with the relevant documents and the Bank would

then take appropriate action in accordance with law.

The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
