Bureau,Ernakulam,as against the petitioner/accused No.15,pending disposal of the above
Criminal Miscellaneous Case.


  This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and this court's order
dated 19-03-2021 in Crl.M.Appl 1 of 2021 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S
M.REVIKRISHNAN, Advocate for the petitioner and the PUBLIC PROSECUTOR for R1 ,
R3 and R4 , the court passed the following
