         Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed
therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the operation of the Decree in AS.189/2014
of the I Addl.District Court, Thrissur in OS.1481/2010 of Munsiff Court, Thrissur till
the disposal of above RSA.
         This application coming on for orders upon perusing the application and the
affidavit filed in support thereof, and upon hearing the arguments of SRI. DILIP J.
