     Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit
filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the operation of the
judgments and decrees in AS.NO.134/2014 passed by the Subordinate
Judge, Tirur dated 29.07.2020 filed against OS.No.186/2012 before the
Munsiff Magistrate Court, Ponnani dated 26.11.2014, pending disposal of
this appeal.
     This application again coming on for orders, upon perusing the
application and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this Court's
order dated 03.02.2021 and upon hearing the arguments of
M/s.JAMSHEED HAFIZ and K.K.NESNA, Advocates for the petitioners and
of M/S V.V.SURENDRAN, P.A.HARISH, Advocates for the respondent, the
