                        JUDGMENT

For the purpose of construction of a fishing pond

in the property of the petitioner's father she has

submitted Ext P3 application before the 1 st respondent

for permission for removal and transportation of soil

so extracted. The application is pending consideration.

All that the petitioner seeks for is an expeditious

consideration of the same.

Without expressing anything on merits, I dispose

of this writ petition directing the 1 st respondent to

consider Ext P5 application and pass appropriate orders

thereon as expeditiously as possible and at any rate

within a period of two months from the date of receipt

of a copy of this judgment.
