                     W.P.(C) No.4945 of 2021

Dated this the 7th day of April, 2021

                               JUDGMENT

The petitioner confines her relief for an

expeditious disposal of Ext P4 application filed by

her in terms of Section 6 of Kerala Land utilization

Order. Petitioner, as per the application, has sought

for permission to use the property for construction of

buildings. The application is stated to be pending

since 19.06.2017 in spite of having obtained report

from the Village Officer.

Without expressing anything on merits, I dispose

of this writ petition directing the respondent to

consider Ext P4 application on obtaining necessary

reports, and pass appropriate orders on its merits.

Needless to note that since the application has been

submitted before introduction of Section 27A of Kerala

Conservation of Paddyland and Wetland Act (in short,

'the Act'), the application shall be considered on its WP(C).No.4945 OF 2021(P)

merits and appropriate orders passed. Let orders be

passed within a period of three months from the date

of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
