                         ORAL ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

already evidence is completed and the case is posted for

recording the statement of the acccused under Section

313 of Cr.P.C.

This petition is filed seeking the grant of bail and

when the evidence has already been concluded, the trial

Court has to appreciate the evidence of the prosecution

while determining the case. Hence, the question of

considering this petition does not arise. However, the trial

Court is directed to dispose of the matter within one

month from today.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
