(PER: HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE MR. JUSTICE N. V. ANJARIA) The order which is complained of in this contempt petition

for disobedience and breach, has been stayed by this Court in Writ

Petition No.15377 of 2024. This was fairly stated by learned

advocate Mr. Skanda Kumar for learned advocate

Mr. M.D. Raghunath for the complainant.

2. In view of the above position obtaining, the contempt

petition does not survive for the present.

3. Accordingly, it is disposed of.

It will be open for the complainant to approach the

appropriate Court under appropriate provision, if any future need

so arises.
