                   praying to set aside the order dated 24.02.2020 passed by the
                   XV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Bengaluru in

                   Criminal Appeal.

even though the matter is passed over twice and called

again at 12.11 p.m.

2. The order sheet dated 22.03.2024 reads as

under :

"No representation for the appellant. As a last chance, a week's time is granted to comply with office objections"

3. In spite of the above, the office objections are not

complied with even though this matter is listed for the

fourth time. It appears that the appellant is not

interested in prosecuting the appeal. Hence, appeal is

dismissed.
