                          ORAL ORDER

Petitioner is present in person. He has filed a memo. Sri

G.M. Srinivasa Reddy, learned counsel for the respondent is

present. He has no objection to accept the contents of the

memo and grant three months time to clear the dues.

2. Placing the memo on record, revision petition

stands disposed of.

3. Amount in deposit is ordered to be withdrawn by

the complainant under due identification.

4. It is made clear that if the amount is not cleared as

per the memo, the order of the learned Trial Magistrate

restored automatically.

5. In view of the settlement, the fine amount imposed

by the learned Trial Magistrate in a sum of Rs.2,000/- towards

the defraying expenses of the State is hereby set aside.
