                        ORAL JUDGMENT

Learned counsel for the appellant has filed memo

reporting death of the appellant and copy of the death

2. As per death certificate, date of death of the

appellant is 03.05.2024.

3. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that

he has no instructions as to whether legal heirs of the

appellant are interested in prosecuting this appeal or not.

4. Submission of learned counsel for the appellant

is taken on record.

5. In view of the death of the appellant, the

appeal dismissed as abated.

6. As there is sentence of fine, the trial Court is

directed to take steps to recover the fine in accordance

with law.
