The petitioners submit as follows:-
The petitioners have filed the captioned petition to quash the Criminal proceedings launched against them in C.C.No.4741/2021. The said case was committed to the learned V Addl. District and Sessions Judge, Hassan since one of the offence was triable by the session court and it

is renumbered as SC No.149/2022. The said sessions case on trial ended in their acquittal by a judgment and order of acquittal dated 01/07/2023. In view of the above, the above petition has become infructuous and therefore the petitioners may be permitted to withdraw above petition as having becoming infructuous in the ends of justice."
In terms of the memo, the criminal petition is disposed as
withdrawn.
