     This Miscellaneous First Appeal is filed under Section
19(1) of Family Courts Act, praying to call for records in
M.C.No.32/2020 on the file of VI Additional District and
Sessions Judge, Bengaluru Rural District, Bengaluru, and after
perusal, be pleased set aside the judgment and decree passed
by the Learned VI Additional District and Sessions Judge,
Bengaluru Rural District, Bengaluru, in M.C.No.32/2020 dated
22.04.2021 and consequently, allow the petition filed by the
appellant for restitution of conjugal Rights under Section 9 of
Hindu Marriage Act 1956 in M.C.No.32/2020, and to grant such
other relief/s as deemed fit in the circumstances of the case.
