reads as under:

The undersigned advocate for the appellant submits that the appellant has made the payment of Rs.24,00,000/- to the respondent as full and final settlement. Hence the appellant prays this Hon'ble court to allow the appellant to withdraw the above appeal in the interest of justice and equity."
