2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the

parties.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is to change the

mutation in respect of the subject land as per the

judgment and decree passed in Os No.83 of 2018 by the

Principal Senior Civil Judge, Madhugiri.

4. In that view of the matter, having taken note of

the factual aspects on record, the respondent is directed to

consider the representation dated 08.08.2023 (Annexure-

E), in accordance with law within an outer limit of three

months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this

order.
