Learned counsel for the appellants has filed a memo seeking

conversion of the present appeal into an appropriate writ petition.

2. Accordingly, Registry is directed to convert this

miscellaneous first appeal (MFA) into an appropriate writ petition

(WP). Registry is directed to permit the learned counsel for the

appellant to file amended/converted writ petition (WP).

3. In view of the urgency pleaded by the learned Senior

Counsel Sri Murthy Dayanand Naik, appearing for the appellant,

registry to carryout the conversion forthwith and list the writ petition

after conversion into a writ petition (WP) by clubbing the same

along with W.P.No.1842/2023 before the appropriate bench having

the roster on 21.03.2023.

Accordingly, appeal is disposed of for statistical purpose.
