Learned counsel for the appellants is absent. No

representation.

2. The order sheet dated 09.03.2023 reads as under:

"Learned counsel for the appellants seeks time and undertakes to address his arguments on the next date of hearing without fail.

The appeal is of the year 2006. I do not find any reason to adjourn the matter. However, to afford final opportunity, list the matter on 14.03.2023."

3. In spite of that, there is no representation even

though the matter is passed over twice and called at 3.20 p.m.

I do not find any reason to adjourn the matter. The appellants

are not interested in prosecuting the matter.

Hence, the appeal is dismissed for default i.e., for non

prosecution.
