MEASURING 2 ACRES 19 GUNTAS IN SY.NO.85/1 AND THE
LAND   MEASURING     15   GUNTAS    IN  SY.NO.84/1  OF
ARALASANDRA VILLAGE, KASABA HOBLI, NELAMANGALA
TALUK IN TERMS OF ORDERS PASSED BY THE PRINCIPAL CIVIL
JUDGE AND JMFC, NELAMANGALA IN O.S.NO.437/2011 VIDE
JUDGMENT AND DECREE DATED 07.12.2019 AND 11.12.2019
RESPECTIVELY AND ALSO ORDER PASSED BY THE ASSISTANT
COMMISSIONER, DODDABALLAPURA DIVISION, BANGALORE
RURAL DISTRICT IN RA.(N)-474/2021 DATED 07.01.2022.

     THIS PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING
IN 'B' GROUP, THROUGH PHYSICAL HEARING/VIDEO
CONFERENCING THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE
FOLLOWING:

                              ORDER

1. The case of the petitioner is that petitioner and his

family members are owners of 22 guntas of land in Survey

No.83/2 and 15 guntas of land in Survey No.84/1 of

Aralasandra village, Nelamangala Taluk. They have

requested respondent no.2 regarding the revenue entries

in respect of the lands to be mutated in their names. As

the same has not been done, the present writ petition is

filed.

2. The learned HCGP appearing for the respondents,

upon instructions, submits that if the petitioner and his

other family members who have ownership over the

properties concerned, were to give a fresh representation

along with necessary particulars to respondent no.2, the

revenue entries would be mutated in their names. His

submission is placed on record.

3. Hence, the following:

ORDER

The petitioner along with such other persons who

have ownership over the properties concerned are given

liberty to make a fresh representation along with

necessary particulars to respondent no.2 and upon receipt

of the same, respondent no.2 shall pass appropriate

orders in accordance with law within a period of six weeks

from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly.
