RESPONDENT NO.4 BY VIRTUE OF THE JUDGMENT AND
DECREE PASSED IN O.S.NO.168/2020 ON THE FILE OF THE
HON'BLE SENIOR CIVIL JUDGE AND JMFC., NANJANGUDU
TALUK, MYSORE DISTRICT AT ANNEXURE-A, FORTHWITH.
THIS PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING,
THROUGH PHYSICAL HEARING/VIDEO CONFERENCING THIS
DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:
ORDER
The case of the petitioner is that he is the owner of
3 acres 30 guntas of land in Survey No.35/32, Hosaveedu
village, Nanjanagudu Taluk and that he has become owner of
the said property through a court sale deed. He has requested
respondent no.4 to register khatha in respect of the property in
his name. As the same is not done, the present writ petition is
filed.
2. The learned AGA appearing for the respondents, upon
instructions, submits that the petitioner has not produced all
the necessary documents and if he were to produce the same,
it would be considered and appropriate orders will be passed.

3. Hence, the following:
ORDER
Petitioner is given liberty to submit a fresh representation
to respondent no.4 with all the relevant particulars. Upon
receipt of the same, respondent no.4 shall pass appropriate
orders in accordance with law within a period of three months
thereafter.
The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly.
