                           ORDER

1. It is the submission of the learned counsel for the

respondent that, the petitioner died during the pendency

of the petition and made available the death certificate,

which indicates that, the petitioner died on 28.07.2020.

2. Considering the same, this criminal revision petition

stands abated.

3. In view of disposal of the criminal revision petition,

the interim applications, if any, do not survive for

consideration. Accordingly, I.A's are disposed of.

4. The Trial Court is directed to release the amount

deposited by the petitioner to the complainant/respondent

on proper identification forthwith.
