                                       ORDER

1. It is the submission of the learned counsel for the

respective parties that, the petitioner died on

21.05.2022.

2. Considering the same, this criminal revision petition

stands abated.

3. In view of disposal of the criminal revision petition, the

interim applications, if any, do not survive for

consideration. Accordingly, I.A's are disposed of.

4. The Trial Court is directed to release the amount of

Rs.20,000/- in favour of the respondent/complainant

and the balance amount shall be paid to the legal

representatives of deceased petitioner on proper

identification by receiving Aadhar cards of the legal

representatives of deceased petitioner.
