Learned counsel for the appellant, who is physically

parties in Execution Case in Com.Ex.No.266/2023, before

the learned City Civil and Sessions Judge (Commercial

Court), CCH-83, Bengaluru. With this, he prays for

dismissal of the appeal as not pressed.
