                       JUDGMENT

This appeal has been filed against judgment and

decree dated 20.03.2017 passed by the Family Court by

which petition filed by the respondent under Section 13

of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 has been allowed and

the marriage between the parties has been dissolved by

a decree of divorce.

2. Learned counsel for the parties jointly submit

that a joint memo was filed in a proceeding before the

Prl. Senior Civil Judge at Chikmagalur in

Crl.Misc.No.82/2017.

3. In view of the fact that the parties have amicably

resolved the dispute themselves, nothing survives for

adjudication in this appeal.

Accordingly, the appeal is disposed of.
